ViaBTC Pool operates with complete independence—separate legal entity, financial accounts, technical infrastructure, and server operations.

· CoinEx's business adjustment has zero impact on ViaBTC’s mining services.

· ViaBTC's deposit, withdrawal, and settlement functions continue operating normally, and your hashrate, mining rewards, and assets are completely secure.

Required Action: Update Your Auto-Withdrawal Settings

Due to the upcoming closure of CoinEx exchange, ViaBTC will discontinue the "Auto Withdrawal to CoinEx" feature on September 22, 2026 (UTC+8). Users currently using this feature are advised to log in to the ViaBTC official website or app promptly, navigate to the [Assets] page, and reconfigure their auto-withdrawal address.
